Today was my first day trying to cut down in quite some time. When I got home I looked up how many calories were in the bagel I ate earlier [with light cream cheese] and to my dismay, I found out that it totaled to 420. The only other things I ate today were two bowls [one bowl for a snack, which I wouldn't have had if I hadn't just realized how many calories were in that bagel] of the low sugar frosted flakes [120 calories each].

I'm starting out my new eating program. Today is a 300 calorie day, so I will try to burn off the 660 calories on my treadmill [which will be really hard.. for I don't have much time] but I'll manage. That would allow me 300 calories for dinner. Not too bad.
